Flimsy and came in a package that said it couldn't be returned if opened, but the product couldn't be viewed if unopened. Priced at nearly $30, but worth about $3.99. Tried it out, but now it's gathering dust in the mailing envelope it came in.

Very uncomfortable
During the night it hurts, I tried to remove it until the next morning, but I couldn't. The neck strap is ok, but the one around the head is really bad. Too small
