As a chef of 21 years I’m always weary of kitchen brands I’ve never heard of. These kitchen shears surprise me. I ordered them because they come apart to be cleaned. That is a function I require. Due to the price, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. However the build is very solid. The blades are strong and sharp and move with smooth action. The only thing I don’t like is the hand hold. It’s a bit tight. For reference I can wear both medium and large gloves though I prefer medium for dexterity and precision. These shears are just a little tight. If large gloves are tight on your hand these shears will be to small for you. Though if you wear medium or small gloves I feel certain these shears will quickly becomes a favorite. Cheers

I did not receive the pictured scissors, I got a completely naked and possibly used pair of all black scissors. I already have all-black kitchen scissors. I specifically ordered these grey ones so I could easily tell which scissors are for which purpose. These are incredibly suspect in a vacuum and completely useless to me specifically. Very disappointed. I suspect I have been swindled by less-than-scrupulous reviews.

These were pretty solid, multipurpose kitchen shears. I have had them for about a year and used them for all kinds of tasks; harvesting herbs and veggies, opening meat packaging, cutting salmon fillets, and much more.That being said, I cannot give them full points for these. They are advertised as being able to cut through chicken and turkey bones. This is true, but not the the extant that I desired. I snapped the handle Spatchcocking chickens. We were processing 45 birds and around bird number 30 the inside of the handle, I had my thumb in, snapped. (See pictures)If you are wanting a solid, light to medium duty, kitchen shear these are great, easy to clean, stay sharp through a lot of cutting, moderately comfortable, and very functional, just don't try and cut the backs out of to many birds.

I have high standards for kitchen equipment: I’ve used these scissors regularly for 1 year with a busy family, we throw them in the dishwasher weekly, we cut cardboard, bones, and other hard things with them. These scissors are still sharp one year later, and have absolutely zero signs of rust on them despite harsh punishment and regular dishwashing. Also, they have a very hefty, high quality feeling to the when holding - I totally recommend them to anyone! This review was not paid, I’m just thoroughly impressed!

This is a great kitchen scissors. It is easy to clean and it is working well after many months of use.

These are great scissors. I use in my kitchen daily. They are sharp, precision made, and pretty impressive next to my really old trusty Chicago Cutlery scissors--definitely much better. Not so great is the peeler and the bottle opener. I have a good peeler, but I thought I'd try this feature. Maybe if I was camping and wanted to minimized the number of tools I bring, the OK they do peel, but not great. And the bottle opener--same story--works but not very well. But, I bought these because I need scissors in the kitchen, and they are outstanding. Highly recommend.

I bought these in June and love them. Decided I needed another pair of Kitchen Shears. I got lured by the Amazon Basics low price - what a mistake - HANDWASH only was the first thing inside the package.GET THESE - holds up well in the dishwasher - which is what you want when you use them to cut up a chicken. I reordered these today.

These scissors are the real deal. I figured they would be a good pair of scissors, but they turned out to be much heftier and heavy duty than I expected. I foresee these lasting a very long time, and being extremely useful in a variety of situations. Especially prison. It’s almost like the pocket knife of scissors with so many functions, not to mention you can actually take it apart to use as a knife. The only con is that my hands are a little smaller, so the grip isn’t quite as comfortable as it might be for someone with larger hands.
