Great after the 2nd delivery
Gbaby (toddler) wanted a microphone because she loves to sing. We found this one. We received it and it stopped working within 12 hours. Thanks to Amazon's super customer service we received another one and returned the faulty one. The toddler likes to make different shapes and sing her songs. It can be fun for adults too. Like others have said this would be 5 stars if it had a way to adjust the volume and a way to reduce the feedback when the speaker and the microphone are too close. In Amazon, the WrapStar is associated with musical instruments and it should also come up in the Toy section when searching for microphones. We submitted the question on the differences in the model numbers WS101, WS102, WS103, and WS104. Amazon rep asked for time to research and respond in 2-3 business days and I sent the same request to First Act and received the response that the model numbers were used to identify the different color microphones.

Cute microphone
My children love their WrapStar Microphones. They are cute colors, and the sound effects are actually adorable. I was worried that the sounds wouldnt be clear, or they would be annoying, but the opposite is true. Cute sound effects, however, the microphone itself is quite loud. I wish it had volume control. There comes a point when I have to ask the kids to use it in another room. That being said, they love it! I love that they are using their imaginations and having a good time.

Fun for kids
I purchased this for my daughter for her 5th birthday. She loves it because she can wear it anywhere and has fun moving it. The downside is there is no volume control on it, so she is always loud. The sounds that it comes with are not great, and she rarely uses those. Overall, it is fun for a kid to play with.

Good for a while
It was great and both my kids love it. The sound is not very loud but I didn't expect much from a toy microphone. My children did recently bend it completely in half and break it however. I did not think that would be possible since it is a flexible toy and is made to wrap and bend. Great fun while it lasted.

Ok if you put tape over the speaker end
So the comments/reviews about the feedback are legitimate. It really is bad. BUT if you cover the speaker end with several layers of clear packaging tape you can pretty much eliminate this problem. My 4 year old likes it, but its just ok. She doesn't spend a ton of time playing with it which is disappointing...given how much she loves to have a dance party I thought for sure this would be a hit. Oh well.

Feedback issues
This is a neat toy and my kids love it, but half the time they are re-adjusting trying to avoid creating very loud feedback. This really takes the fun out of it and makes it a toy that is played with less than the kids would like. Fix the feedback issue (especially for the price) and this would be much better. A volume control would be nice as well.

Delighted our budding Hannnah Montana
Our granddaughter specifically requested this for Christmas, and it must have been a hit. Our son reported that she spent all day in her room singing, and they heard her all over the house. Because I ordered it online and had it shipped, I haven't seen it personally. But our granddaughter loves the thing.

Crap!!
My wife got this for my son and he played with it for maybe a day. I just think that this is a crappy toy. I think it's a waste of money. I just don't see the fun factor. I played with them myself just to test out my kid's toys and I just didn't get it. It's a mic but it sounds really crappy. But what do you expect from something that cost $7 bucks? I suppose it was cheap enough to try considering the mostly favorable reviews.
