Isao Tomita Musical Genius
I remember this music when it came out in the 70's. I thought it was then -- and still is now -- one of the most beautiful and inventive use of electronics to make music. I enjoyed it then, and now I can once again. It is just as enchanting as I recall. One of the songs, Debussey's Arabasque No. 1, was used as the theme for The Miami SpaceTransit Planeterium's Star Hustler/Star Gazer with Jack Horkheimer. It was evocative of something strange and unworldly, yet very enthralling. When I hear this song, I fondly remember Jack extolling the beautiy and the mystery of the evening sky.Tomita's Snowflakes Are Dancing is a classic. I'm glad I rediscovered it.

Electronic Debussy
This CD was purchased because it was not available on Itunes at least at the time. It is the classic electronic remake/interpretation of Debussy. It is classic Pisces/Neptune aura. As I do not care for most pieces on piano, this is the best of both worlds - a real 2 for 1. Way ahead of its time, Tomita always takes me back to the early 70's.

Relaxing experience awaits.
So, so beautiful and very unique way to express Claude Debussy. To me very relaxing should you like the use of Mog.

tomita's snowflakes are dancing
the sound quality is excellent for,in my case,a used cd. It sounded just like Iremembered it in the 70's. I'd definitely recommend purchasing Snowflakes are Dancingin the cd format if the vinyl is unattainable.

Beautiful interpretation
I had this rather obscure record on vinyl from the '70s and was very pleasantly surprised to find it new in digital on Amazon (Digital elite). It's a superb, if only 40 min, interpretation of Claude Debussy's best works. I have his piano versions as well and I'm sure Debussy would have approved of, and wanted to play, the fantastic range of Tomita's Moog synthesizer - ethereal.
