Yokomo SD-JZALA RSR Supra Light Bracket

I know that these light buckets were meant for a YOKOMO Supra body kit, but I have an old TAMIYA TT-01 that had no shell. Upon doing my research, I found that the TAMIYA light buckets for the TAMIYA Supra kit are extremely hard to find, and I would much rather not take a chance on Chinese R/C websites simply for authentic TAMIYA pieces. So, I took a chance on YOKOMO's version as an alternative.I ordered the light buckets directly from Amazon and they arrived in a package from Japan. This was satisfying to see because it authenticates the product just a bit more. Upon fitting the light buckets to the TAMIYA Supra body, I found that I needed to trim the outer edges of the light bucket a bit in order for the pieces to sit flush with the shell. Otherwise, they seem to be exactly what I need. LEDs are fitted through the back of the buckets, and I'm working on an Arduino project to set the lights to flash in different ways via an IR remote.IMPORTANT: When I received the package from the USPS delivery, the original JAPAN POST packaging appeared to have been caught under something and seemed to have been dragged across some surface. The bag was torn, the contents were exposed, and some of the outer edges of the light buckets had been damaged as if they were burned. Luckily for me, most of these edges were being trimmed anyway, so this was not a bother. My suggestion to the SELLER is to pack the product in a more secure package. The JAPAN POST packaging I had received was a soft plastic bag that seemed no bigger than the package itself. My suggestion to the BUYER reading this review is to take a chance. They are good pieces that I would not be able to replicate easily by myself, but be wary of the packaging.
