This is most peculiar, in that the directions for use are almost humorous, the English is so dysfunctional, almost not making any sense unless you try to read between the illiterate lines of very poor grammar. The single battery has no identifying manufacturer nor where to buy replacement. It seems well made and the brightness is excellent. One must recharge the accompanying single elongated battery that comes with its own charger. It is warranted, but does not give info on how to file a claim, or where to direct the claim to.

Not only do you get a very solid LED flashlight made of machined aluminum and an 18650 battery, you also get a single-port charger as well as a padded storage case to keep it all in. The case locks securely, can be stacked, or put in the glovebox for easy access.Construction quality is about on par with some of the more expensive LED flashlights I've owned, including the overpriced ones from LifeGear, though this lacks some of the elegance. The housing has a nice heft to it and in normal operation, I do not expect to have any issues with durability. I'm not anticipating using it to bash anything with, but the crennulations on the front are there if you do.For outdoors or car, the S-O-S flashing pattern is a useful feature. Like many such flashlights, there's not much difference between medium and low brightness, but that's not really a complaint. The charger cable is quite short, but that shouldn't matter unless your sockets are hidden behind furniture. Extra 18650 batteries are quite cheap on Amazon. For disaster preparedness or emergencies, I recommend having a few flashlights around as well as freshly charged batteries. I believe the battery it comes with is an UltraFire brand battery, but I don't remember.Light throw and brightness is excellent, thanks to the CREE LED.
