Desert Essence is my favorite toothpaste brand. I usually go for the Tea Tree Oil/Neem version, but I’ve tried several other varieties and they’re all fantastic. I love that they’re fluoride-free, and being SLS-free and gluten-free is an added bonus! The taste is pleasant, the tea tree oil and neem keep my breath fresh much longer than other toothpastes, and the price is very reasonable. I truly love this product!

I am super picky about my oral hygiene and overall health. I appreciate how healthy and effective this paste is. It tastes good too. My mouth feels super clean after brushes and even when I wake up the next day, my teeth and whole mouth still feel clean. Some pastes do not make my mouth feel fresh over night and into the next morning, but this stuff is very effective. My teeth do look a bit whiter too. I already have super white teeth so not much more a paste can do for me. I purchased to maintain whiteness and have a fresh mouth. This worked extremely well. I will no longer use other pastes...and also buying another for my kiddos. Worth the money. A little goes a long way. It feels so good on my teeth.

Great toothpaste! Ive been using this toothpaste for several years now and absolutely love it. It always leaves my mouth feeling fresh and cool. It isnt super whitening but does seem to work a little on that.

I've been using this for close to a month now and I really like it. I like trying out natural products, and there is often a chance something natural won't cut it, but this toothpaste is fantastic. Tea tree is already a favorite of mine; it's a miracle plant that's antibacterial, antifungal, and I think even antiviral. I had never used anything with Neem but I was aware it's a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory herb popular in Ayurvedic medicine and dental care. I've also been trying to avoid overexposure to fluoride, because I learned and believe it's poisonous and mostly unnecessary. (But hey, our water is spiked with it, and there's not much I can do about that unfortunately.) This toothpaste is almost completely natural, and although sodium laurel sulfate free, has an ingredient close to it. That's not enough for me to discount the positives of this product, though. This toothpaste cleans well and leaves plaque away for half the day. A pea size amount is only necessary because of how well it lathers. It also tastes good, slightly herbal & medicinal, but fairly minty. The flavor doesn't linger too long, unlike commercial toothpastes loaded with sweetener. You can brush your teeth and soon go drink your morning coffee if you wish, since the tea tree & neem toothpaste doesn't interfere with taste buds (which I absolutely hate when it does.) I will note that my teeth have gotten sensitive and I swish with enamel restoring fluoride mouthwash every few days because it does help. It sucks I can't completely eliminate fluoride but I can cut back on how much I come into contact with. I also have a sensitive stomach and commercial toothpaste can make me nauseous, but I haven't had that problem since using this. If you find you don't like this toothpaste, Desert Essence has several varieties to choose from to fit your preferences and needs. I paid $6.59 for a 7 oz tube, which is reasonable because it will last you; my local health food store charges $9 for it. I really like this stuff, and it's worth a try as long as you mind your acid intake and possibly separate enamel care.

I have always had a sensitive mouth and I have tried too many toothpaste and all didn’t work out well for me. So as soon as I got this I was hopeful that it would work out well for me. And it does doesn’t have that strong peppermint taste. I am great full for that. Works well on my teeth. Tube size is good you don’t need much.Teeth cleaning Great.👍

Product took over a week to arrive, ( I believe the mode of shipping involved a mule and a wooden cart...🙂) But, aside from that this is wonderful toothpaste. Relieves the pain of sensitive gums better than any other brand I've tried and I've tried them all, and leaves teeth squeaky clean. The flavor isn't the best, but that's because there's no artificial sweeteners. No fluoride either, if that's important to you - and it should be. Highly recommended.

Great tasting toothpaste. Won’t buy anything else. Bit pricey but worth it. Fluoride free. Leaves teeth /mouth fresh and clean.
