So what I was surprised with was that it was actually very easy to hook up and even pair to my headphones. The one star however is there because the range on it is ridiculously bad. In my house in a open living room I can no go more than 5-6 feet away from the dongle before it begin to cut out. At 10 feet it disconnects entirely. I am using good headphones that I use all around the house with my phone sitting in the living room with no issue so it is not the headphones or even bluetooth interference.CONS:Has a range of about 5 feet.Pros:SmallComes with everything it saysHooks up easyPairs easy

Wanted a quick, easy way to use my bluetooth in-ear headset to listen to Vizio TV. It works, but... volume is really, really low. I have to raise the TV volume to max to hear. But the biggest issue is that I have to pair it each time I want to use it. May be user error, but I have not found a solution. When pairing, it does not always connect. I have it plugged into the USB port for power and leave the port on all the time thinking it would stay paired. All-in-all it is a cool design, but poor performance.

Have had this about a month and so far so good! Purchased this for my mom to be able to hook up a Bluetooth speaker to an older TV. She can’t hear very well, so this is perfect to be able to have a speaker closer to her ear rather than blasting the volume on the TV! Also great because you can hook up two devices at the same time so sounds even better with 2 speakers in stereo.This is my third purchase where I had to return the first two where one didn’t work at all and the the other had a very week signal.

This product touts itself as the fix for bluetooth connectivity. This actually is a cheap device that really doesn't solve the non-bluetooth issues. My Samsung Smart TV which has audio out, RCA jacks and 2 USB powered ports con not utilize this device. There are some Samsung specific bluetooth devices but even though can not connect to my TV. Bottom line is your unit that your trying to get bluetooth ability has to have the ability to make the connection.

Does not work ! We called help center but no solution! Waste of money ! Not as promised

I put this in my car as a Bluetooth receiver after realizing my tv would not be able to transmit sound without also connecting a digital audio convertor. Still, great value for money and connectivity works fine.
