Item shift fast, I like the case that I bought it for my other phone Note 9. The first one I bought for my S9+ was great and no complains, the one I got for my Note 9 this time was the ring is too loose and unable to use the stand properly. A bought 2 cases for myself (rose gold) and husband (black). They seem super nice. But the number one thing i needed them to do was be able to allow us to wireless charge. The description said they worked. They do not. So unfortunately i have to return them and continue my search.

Phone case meets basic needs. No screen protector but does allow screen protectors to fit to include the glass curve shield I prefer. (many don't). The case shows wear extremely quickly and and on the back on every corner just from placing in my back pocket.The side buttons that controls the programmable button (normally Bixby) and the volume on the left are less than great. Often when I go to lower the volume it actually raises it as it does not fit perfectly against the phone's buttons. Often when holding the case on the side it will engage the program button even though I am not touching the case key.I do not use the Ring Kickstand Holder very often so mine is still intact.Durability wise the case has taken a few drops off of night stands and counters with no visable damage to the case or the phone.The "raised case edges perfectly protect your camera and screen from damages." although the back is easily protected the height of the case on the front is not enough to protect much. If you turn the case face down on a level surface you can see the sides are unprotected and the ends are barely protected.

Update: When I contacted the seller regarding the ring falling off, they quickly sent me a replacement without further question and for no additional cost! I am happy with the product! I'm a bit weary and careful of using the ring part now... I don't spin it - although it's designed to be able to do so... I like the design and it's been working well so far! I haven't dropped it yet, so can't speak on how much it can prevent crack from that, and I don't plan on testing it. Easy to install. The magnet works with my already installed dashboard magnet. This didn't come with it.I lovED the kickstand/holder... until it just broke off after 2 days of use. It's not like I played with it, overstressed it in anyway.I am super bummed about it!!!! It's so fragile and totally defeats one of my main reasons for getting this particular case!! 2 days?!?! And I used the kick stand maybe twice?? I tried to go for a run with phone in my hand and I was going to use the holder for an easier grip, and when I just lifted off, snap it went! Ugh!

The case itself is fine. I needed a new one after I had my screen replaced on my Note 9. I have had it a little bit and it just fell to the ground from about a foot.... my screen cracked again. It didn't land on any rocks, etc. Not really happy.

I have been using this case, enjoying the ring feature, the look, etc., but the true test happened yesterday when I dropped my phone and it fell through the slit between the elevator car and the lobby floor, falling down to the bottom of the shaft.My phone did get a few (new) cracks (I recommend you get a protective film), but it still works beautifully.The case itself has a corner where it must have impacted that is a little dinged up but still hugs my phone protectively.

The case looks great oh, it came in on time. The thing you have to watch out for with this kind of case, is the little piece that holds it up in the back. I don't even think I've had it a week and the metal piece has already broken off and I have not dropped my phone nor been brutal to the case. It broke from taking it in and out and using it. But it needs a better way to come out the holding bracket oh, if you don't have nails you will use your key to pop it out so you can use it.

Not too sure yet how I feel about this case. It is very light. You literally just pop your phone right in it. There isn't anything protecting the screen. I have a Samsung galaxy note 9, and the way my screen is curved on the sides makes it a spot where, the sides of the screen, the case doesn't cover. If my phone were to fall face down I'm pretty certain that the screen would crack. Not too sure yet if its going to work with my Oittie wireless carmount/charger since the metal circle where the ring is sticks out a bit. We will see! Otherwise if your just looking for a light weight case cover with some sort of kick stand this one is good for the price.
