I’m just a home cook, but I’ve been replacing all my cookware and utensils with restaurant equipment rather than familiar brands marketed for home kitchens. Stiff, weighty, perfect for what was looking for
I have been very pleased with this whisk. The wires are stiff with only a little give to them, which is exactly what I was looking for. Even though it is stiff, it is still fairly easy to clean. It has a great weight to it as well. I would definitely buy this again.

I love this whisk! I use it almost daily for one thing or another! It is sturdy, durable, and strong! You can whisk quickly without making a mess and finish up your dish(es) in no time. It is slightly heavy and takes up space but you'll have it for years and be very happy!
