Every review that says it tastes horrible is spot on. (the vanilla is better than the chocolate though)Why the 5 star review then you may ask? Well, the review isn't because it's a super yummy shake, if I wanted that, I'd go buy a McFlurry. My 5 star review is because it works. It works better than any other protein shake I have ever tried.If you want to lose fat, gain muscle, and at the same time get probiotics to maintain a happy tummy; this is definitely the way to go.

This was terrible. I have had many shakes in the taste of this was unbearable. I tried it a couple times, just to see if I could get use to it, and I couldn't.

Any protein powder you buy isn't going to taste amazing but this isn't that bad compared to some and the ingredients in it are good and made specifically for women. I've only tried the chocolate and I mix it with unsweetened almond milk which I recommend over water(way too gritty) and it isn't too bad.

I don't know why I'm seeing so many bad reviews. I've been taking this soy based protein drink because I can not do Whey.The chocolate is great for my peanut butter, soy milk mix. It's not horrible as the other reviews say it is, I have not tried the Vanilla version, however, having experience with protein powder, vanilla of any brand is usually the worse tasting flavor. I understand that some people want a thicker creamier protein, but I already use thick ingredients for my drinks and this is fine for me.I'm almost done with my container. I've been only doing one scoop after my workouts and moved up to two scoops recently. After a month of working out and using it, my gym partner can see a difference in my energy at the gym. I hate free weights and working on my arms, however I'm able to stick through my sets a lot longer without taking as many breaks. I thought I just needed motivation to get myself going, but in reality a boost of protein really makes a difference! I've been losing weight a lot smoother than the same people who have started the same time as me going to the gym.

I have tried numerous protein powder mixes. I have been drinking Herbalife but was looking for a nutritional mix with a good amount of protein and thought I found the perfect product with strong girl. I purchased the Vanilla milkshake flavor and I couldn't even finish one shake. The taste is horrible-tastes like its full of chemicals and artificial sweeteners. I too tried to doctor the flavor but you can't-the smell throws you too. Very disappointed in this product-buyer beware!

This protein powder was recommended to me by someone who said it tasted great. I purchased it without a second thought and wish I hadn't. It is sponsored by Race Car driver Danica Patrick but I wonder if she ever actually tried it. It is the worst tasting protein powder I have ever had. I add unsweetened coconut milk, spinach, berries, and flax seed to my smoothies and I couldn't even finish this. I even tried it the next day thinking I was being crazy but nope. Couldn't do it. Had to return for a refund and then I paid $17 after tax for standard non rush shipping and the powder only cost $32. Total rip off. Do not buy this you will regret it. Unless you like making a mister yuk face after every swig. I really hope that for the sake of strong girls future they taste the product and re-formulate something better tasting. I wanted to like this and would buy again based on the nutrition facts if it were re formulated to taste better.
