Is this a good quality item?

It is good quality fabric, but the collar has a flap that can pop out if you arent careful, and the stitching is visible along the edges and was a bit itchy, there are better constructed jackets at this price point, but honestly the look of the jacket is beautiful and it's great for many seasons. All in what you consider the priority. I am returning mine but only because construction is my priority.

I paid $50 for it and do I feel it was worth it no. It's a cute jacket but the fabric does look inexpensive.
