I have been doing light exercises and using this in the evening whilst I am preparing dinner etc. Very handy for a busy life. I have noticed such a difference in my waist, legs and arms! If you want a low cost, effective muscle toner then look no further than this lovebay abs muscle trainer. The device comes with all the gel pads you need and also comes with 3 rechargeable batteries. Once charged, the batteries attach easily to the belts and then simply peel off the film protecting the sticky gel pads and attach them to the belts. Peel off the outer film of the gel pads and you are ready to attach the belts to your arms and body. Once the belts are attached to your body simply press the ‘+’ sign on the battery then press ‘m’ and choose which part of the body you have attached the belts to.there are 6 choices ranging from shoulders,forearms,upper arm,back of the arm,abdomen and waist. Press ‘+’ again to set your desired level. Levels range from 1 (low intensity) to 9 (high intensity) i would recommend 3 for the arms and 6 or 7 for abdomen and waist. At first it will literally be a shock to you but don’t worry you will get used to it and after about 15 mins the belt will automatically shut off unless you keep pressing the ‘-‘ button in which case you can end the session early. Use this as part of your training regime and you will not be disappointed. Overall i am more than happy with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending this product. I've been using this for long time on and off. Someone stole mg old one so I ordered this one. One good thing is that it's rechargeable. 2nd good thing is that you can use the small patches on your arms and legs and the third good thing is that it makes me sweat without having to go to gym. I can feel my arms and thighs getting strengthened

I purchased this product to try as many other which I have purchased previously didn't turn out that well So I didn't had a lot of expectation but it impressed me. This abs trainer has met my expectation as it was just in my dreams to make an abs. I just started few days ago but i can feel the difference there is no need to worry about how many times we can use it as it has a rechargeable batteries

This product seems to has done very well for my Abs. It’s easy to use, looks nice and doesn’t feel cheap. Just stick it the pads on, turn on and it will do the job. It contracts your muscles nicely and depending on how powerful you would like the contraction to be. I leave it on whilst working in the office but you can use it anywhere without anyone noticing it.  There are 3 batteries at the same time they operates the abs and shoulder device. Batteries last for quite a while. There are 9 power levels which you can use from its digital display. You can feel your muscles tense when you use it. I’ve been using it for a while now and I can actually notice a difference with my abs and muscles feeling tighter and more firm. I feel like it has helped strengthened my core during my 1.5 months training course.

Packaging is great and the product is exactly the same as shown on the images, this muscle stimulator I bought it for toning my abs and get rid of fat quickly as possible the best thing I can use it during work as well, didn’t need battery because it’s rechargeable, there are different grades for different things however for me high grade is very good for me weight loss .Very convenient to use, looking foreword for the positive result.
