Brilliant Stones.
I'm not Sure the 1000 grit is the best on the market as it feels very slick. but cuts well on my 60 - 63 - 67hrc knifes.I'm not pro nor am I super experienced..the price & splash & go! 1000% get these

I really like the stones,and are very good,which are ideal for my knife collection,and my tools.

Expensive but A MUST HAVE
The stones are really a one way go. Can’t always take knives to stores to sharpen. The cost is high to initially buy them but if you are a Pro chef like me you need them to slash the cost of maintaining your knives razor sharp.They are not really THE ABSOLUTE BEST . BUT the stone set will make you more than happy and sharpen your knives for a long long time.
