Zipper problem, questionable “leather”
The bag looks nice and gets complements. Has plenty of storage inside for computer, tablet, files, and everything you need. Shoulder strap is nice. Like another reviewer, after some use, my zipper broke. They replaced it without questions asked. Now the “leather” on the handle is peeling. If this is truly leather, it’s quite a thin layer of leather and leaves me surprised it lasted as long as it did. Although still functional, I can’t recommend this bag because it doesn’t seem to stand up over time. They used to offer a lifetime warranty and now I see it downgraded to a 5-year warranty. It seems they don’t believe in the quality of their product either.The quality of the interior fabric is not that great.Two stars for looking nice and having storage.

Fatal issues limit durability
I bought a Hamptons brown bag last year (not from Amazon, but I know of no better place to post a review - so this does not reflect on the seller). Upon receipt I was very happy with the Quanta fabric and the design of the bag, which can hold a surprising amount. I used it every day as my work bag, including for business travel, and was very happy with it. After six months however, the zipper tape separated from the bag, and all three zippers stopped working (misaligned teeth). I contacted Venque, who promptly shipped me another bag. I continued to use this bag for the next six months and was again very happy with it. However, after another six months, all three zippers again misaligned and stopped working completely. I'm very disappointed in Venque's "heavy duty" zippers - two failures in a row suggest that this is a systemic issue, not a one-off problem. I've sent them another email, but am not requesting a replacement or a refund as the zipper problems have turned me off of this product. It's a shame because all in all it's a beautifully designed bag in form and function.UPDATE: I posted a similar review on venque's own website, which was live for about 12 hours before it was taken down by management. I'm not sure what happened or why it was removed, but I have not yet been contacted so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was for further review rather than just because it was negative. I've had nothing but good experiences with their customer service so far, so I hope that trend continues.
