The band itself is okay, but, the band has discolored/looks dirty, from everyday wear. This started about 2 days after changing the band. No matter what I do (Lysol wipes, alcohol swabs, soap and water) it still won’t come clean. So, it does look super gross, and I work in an office, so I don’t come into contact with dirt and grime. The bottom band didn’t attach snuggly, and comes slightly apart, the screws also keep backing out and needing tightened. The company was prompt though.

Sure the bands look brand new and work good...but the screwdriver (star driver) gets stripped as soon as you try to tighten them. Then its hard to secure them down tight enough. Its so small that its not like you have a spare at home so they really should make a driver that will hold up and not actually wear down. It should be harder than the screw you are trying to put in. The screw should get stripped...not the driver. Anyway I had to use some superglue to get the bands to sit right.

The band is hard plastic, not flexible like the original surge band. It pops off even though it was secure with the screws. I would not recommend.

I got it in the mail today and it is exactly as advertised. I didnt even need the pry tools because the band popped up off with a little pull. It takes a bit of force to get the new band in place but after that it is very snug. Im very glad it worked because i bought one used with a cracked band that barely fit.

Worked as advertised. Easy instructions and process to remove old band and apply new band. Not sure about the seal since the new band is only held on by screws now and original was clearly sealed with some form of glue/sealant. Working with out issue. The band appears to be same as original. It is a bit stiffer but fits fine.

I was disappointed and frustratedto get this and the holes do not align with my Fitbit surge! I have my old blue strap compared to this one and the holes do not align! The 1 downside to ordering online. I worked on this over an hour!

Does not fit the device well, is nothing like the original band, This feels so cheap. It's very stiff and I feel it will crack even faster than the original one did due to it being so brittle.

Impossible to separate old band from tracker using the plastic tool. Instructions just say "Use blue triangular strip to open the gap." Tool will not go under the strap. Returned to Amazon for refund. Yay Amazon!
