Duraflame Infrared Rolling Mantel, 20IF100GRA-C202

I love this thing! I ordered one at a discount last year from Amazon Warehouse Deals and my unit actually did not come with wheels. I was able to use it anyway and this winter it earned a spot in the corner with our five foot tall fake Christmas tree on top of it. It's a beautiful heater, the flame is really nice, it filters the air it takes in, and it works very efficiently (saving us lots of money!). Some people have had issues with it shutting off or not functioning "properly" (like they turn it on and the heat doesn't automatically come on). This is all because of the intelligent way it is set up. I am verry pleased with this heater.was exactly as advertised did com with remote and manual.and works great fire is beautiful looks real.well worth the money.but couldn't get ahold of duraflame about warranty.was on hold an hour. N hung up .n temp indicater comes on wen push button to set temp but then clicks off again untill heater kicks back on .seems go off wen hits right temp only on wen heating unit kicks on.to show temp.wish was on all the time but still ok n happy with my purchase.good buy.n will order again from this seller. Update:I am verry sorry about the statement about the duraflame company on hold an hour that actually was the other company for the log set that I ordered for my gas fireplace.sorry about the confusion I got both these orders a day apart n was handling my warrantee n didn't actually call duraflame yet as I have had numerouse other things to deal with at this time apologize for the confusion.

It takes a long time for area to get heated even if it is much smaller than stated area in the description.

I have bought several room heaters over the years, but this is by far the best. No worries about tip overs or safety issues. It is well worth the price. I have bought several small heaters over the years and they never last. I love the flame feature because I can't have a real fireplace. The unit is also nice looking and easy to move. If you are considering one of these you won't be disappointed. Others complained about the noise, but it really isn't that noticeable. It is definitely not as loud as a fan running even on low, which drives me nuts.

I love that it has a temp control and option to just blow heat. i love the remote as i can turn on when at my desk. i love that it has wheels so makes it easier to move from one spot to another.

Overall I was happy with it to heat a large bedroom. I used this heater through one winter. Overall I was happy with it to heat a large bedroom. I was never able to use it while sleeping though because the click when the heater would fire up was so loud. I went to use it this winter and it didn't last long before the thermostat broke down. It would simply shut off before reaching the desired temperature. I contacted the manufacturer and was told the year warranty was expired and they offered no help in where to take it or what to do.I took it to a local sew/vac repair shop which does work on these types of heaters. They ran into issues because every replacement thermostat they got from the manufacturer also quickly failed while they were testing it. The manufacturer has not been able to provide them with a solution. So it's a loss to both myself and the repair shop for all the time they wasted, as well. Try a different brand.

Very good looking fake fireplace with a beautiful mantel. Also it heats excellent.
