I just received this last week.Here is my experience:Use: I ran with an iPhone6 in a life proof case, a small bag of chews and a gel packet. All fit fine and I hardly knew they were there.Feel: it was secure as I ran. The phone was snug in the belt, and did not bounce. I was able to slip the phone in and out while running, but once in there it was secure. Again, the belt didn't bounce around and this is important for a long run.Effects: after running I had no red marks, no chaffing and zero issues. I wore it over my waist band, and under my shirt. You could not see it was there and I honestly forgot I was wearing it at times.I love the product. I'm glad I ordered it and it will be perfect for my long runs.Overall, I recommend this belt. If you are a runner and looking to carry things while you run this is perfect. I could easily have put keys, money and IDs or credit cards in there along with my phone and chews, and it would have been great.

This may sound like hyperbole, but this thing is truly amazing. I tried getting back into running early this year, but trying to carry my phone and a key made it very problematic. Having them in your pocket is uncomfortable, those horrible arm bands are just the absolute worst. Fanny packs are clunky and bounce around. This thing totally changed my life. (Again, sounds like hyperbole, but I swear it is not). I have since gotten so into running that I run about 20 miles per week and I've lost probably 25-30 lbs. It's so comfortable you forget it's there. One of the best purchases I've ever made.It is a great running belt.

No adjust room at all. Can’t use it.

I was able to carry all the items that I take on my run and to the gym; keys, membership card, phone & earbuds, cash. Totally adjustable and very comfortable!

So much room in a little bag! love it! I use it to the gym when I feel a little bloated to hide my bloated belly a bit! the materia is seriously what made me love it more!! so soft and stretchy! I give it a 5 star !

Its like a fanny pank without the bulk. Its big enough to fit a iphone 6 plus without a case and some change. A few different pockets and handy for quick trips.

This is a great runner belt, fits a set of keys, iPhone, and some tissues. Best part is that the keys can be separated from the phone in a second smaller pocket so your phone doesn't get scratched. Comfortable to wear; have run with it a few times since purchase and it doesn't get in the way or bother me at all. Quality seems good and price is right. Very good purchase and I anticipate using it often.

This has made my run way more enjoyable. Can carry my iPhone 8 plus in it with earbuds attached. Also holds keys, chapstick, and small mace container. Fits nicely around the hips and is very soft.
