I've had horrible posture most of my life and I have been noticing it getting increasingly worse as of late. I walk so hunched over due to stress and such that I look like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my back. I purchased this product to try out and so far it has helped considerably. It is comfortable enough for long wear and helps me stay in a more appropriate upright position. I've only used it for a few days, but so far it has helped me maintain a better posture. I will happily continue using it long-term. Works great for the price point.

Not possible to put it on myself. Cannot use it unless someone else helps me. This is a real problem for me. Other than that, I feel pressure on my shoulders, so I guess it works.

Came quickly, thought better support..with movement doesn't work so well

I just started using this so I can't comment on pain relief, it does pull my shoulders back and supports the lower cervical spine area. It's not super comfortable but most braces for any purpose are not. I would recommend this product.

I am returning this item - it is uncomfortable and way too big!

The straps are not adjustable.
