This is the mini lp style Japanese SHM version of Public Image Ltd's 9 CD. This sounds so much better than my old cd version of the same album. It's much cleaner sounding and has more depth and demons ion to it than the U.S. version. It has been remastered and the mini lp has a replica picture insert and a static sleeve. Also has the Japanese and American lyric booklet most all of these have.The stand outs on this disc are definitely the song "Happy" as well as others. Great to listen to on my Marantz High Resolution CD player. I usually listen to all my CDs through my Beyerdynamic P-70Theadphones using the onboard amp on the Marantz CD player.

God if I could only understand where these other reviewers are coming from. Pop synth ? The 1980's? Anyway here's my take - this is all good but My Armada is a near masterpiece - Lydon screws it up at the end because:A) he's an idiotB) he fails to grasp the major tonic connection with Cream's "Toad" (More on that later)C) sex pistols hate life ergo no major tonic for YOU!!D) he's an idiotE) all of the aboveOnce I get me a cassette deck that f@&$ works I'm buying this again

This album has all good tunes. Not all PIL albums are very listenable, perhaps because of contract obligations. Every song on this album is a hit!

Great remaster, great album. The songs kick major ass.
