I ordered this for my husband's birthday in May. Good thing I ordered it early, as it took several weeks to get here (due to COVID-19). Of course I couldn't wait until May to hang it up . . . and my husband doesn't mind enjoying it a little early ;-) It was clearly packaged with care and arrived in perfect condition. I am happy to report that the packaging is recyclable, except for the thin plastic wraps on the tubes. The windchime itself is stunning! It is obvious that a lot of care went into the making of it; it is rather sturdy and has thick woven thread to hold it together - not the thin, flimsy "fishing line" I usually see on similar products. The sound is melodic and calming, not tinny (yes, I have bought a lot of cheap windchimes in the past). One more thing: The enclosed card says that the product comes with 10 years of customer support - wow!

Deep and resonating sound. These chimes add an amazing calming aspect to my yard. I am always drawn to wind chimes as I remember loving their magic sound from my childhood. Each year I buy pretty chimes but take them down soon after purchase because their sound makes me anxious. This year, I noticed these chimes that advertised deep tones, and I decided to take a chance on buying them. I am so glad that I did. I am absolutely in love with them. My husband loves them as well. They are not as showy as the charms that I usually buy, but they are classy and well made. In my town the wind is always blowing which we usually complain about. These chimes make me grateful for the wind. I'm looking forward to listening to them all summer.

The sound in a light breeze is almost non-existent but when it is breezier, the sounds are very melodic and soothing. I worried that the neighbors might not be too happy with the wind chimes but they are not bothered at al and I love to sit on the deck and listen to them chime when it is a very breezy day. I would have liked the wood holder at the top to be either a heavy plastic or even metal but the material is wood; very nice but this is outside and they do warn you to keep the wood out out of the weather and brig them indoors when weather is bad. Mine are in a slightly covered area where they get the wind but not the rain. We really don't get snow where I live but if we do/will, I'll bring them in right away. Yes, I'd purchase them again if I lost/broke them.

I did a lot of research on finding the perfect wind chime. This one is a deep tone and very relaxing sound. Some other chimes are skinny and thin the tubes are will have a higher pitch. This one had thick longer tubes for a deeper relaxing sound. Also, the wind chime is great high quality. Used a plastic hook Wasn’t sure if this would work. It didn’t, chime fell and didn’t scratch or brake. Next used a better hook bc wind chime does weigh around 5-6 lbs. very sturdy. Would definitely recommend and excellent quality.

The media could not be loaded. Love it so much I bought as a gift, and will gift even more! Quality is outstanding (doesn’t look cheap at all), sound is lovely, and you cant beat the price!

These are some really nicely made chimes and the price is quite acceptable. For what I needed them for, they work really really well.However, the advertisement that these are somehow 'deep toned' and the misleading statement that they are 36" long may cause some people to think these are large chimes. They are not. The tubes are decent size and length but the 36" includes all the string length for hanging, for hanging the tubes, and for hanging the wind catcher down below. The actual chimes are maybe 1/3 of that length. They sound nice, especially compared to the tiny tube chimes which go tinkle-tinkle, but they are NOT deep toned. I have $500 chimes from Music Of The Spheres in Austin, TX, that are deep toned and the individual tubes approach 36" long and are 2" in diameter. Now THAT is a deep toned chime.

Wonderful tuned chimes with a pleasing sound. Very sturdy. We just had a wind-storm that I thought might land us all in the next county. But we didn’t and the wind chimes kept ringing and they are as pretty as ever. Worth the price. And I have many wind chimes in my past

I absolutely ADORE these wind chimes!!! They're so professionally made, and the style is so cute and unique. The sound is very soothing and not too loud. It was exactly what I was looking for <3
