Best flux ever
I've been a stained glass artist for 19 years. This is the best flux I have ever used. A little goes a long way. Easy enough to clean. Stays where you put it.

Best Flux Paste I have used for Stained Glass
I teach Stained Glass. I use Gel Flux with my students, but at home I use paste. I have tried all different Fluxes. Liquid, gel, and paste. I found Copper-Mate to be the best flux paste. It stays put. A little goes a long way . You don't need a lot. It is eay to clean up.

Best flux out there
This stuff is amazing. Knocks all other fluxes out of the park. I use it for commercial/industrial pipe projects and get comments all the time about how clean the solder joints come out. Highly recommend!

My plumber used this so I ordered some.
Have gotten great results so far on maybe 40 pipe joints. Just make sure you rough up and clean the insides and the outsides of the joining surfaces then thoroughly coat the areas to be joined with flux, heat the joint (I prefer MAP Gas) till solder runs freely, and coat all sides of the fitting. remove the heat and knock off the excess with the remaining solder before it fully cools. No problems so far.

Wouldn’t recommend this for jewelry making
This is probably the worst flux I’ve ever worked with. I use flux for a stained glass jewelry making technique, and this flux left a waxy residue on the metal and stones I use that would only come off with rubbing alcohol, and damaged one stone irreparably. I was surprised at how bad the product was for this purpose considering it came highly recommended from my jewelry soldering group. It also seemed to attract flies-one flew directly into the jar of flux, and another bit me. I’ve been soldering for 4 years without being attacked by vicious biting flies, so it stands to reason the flux might have something to do with it.
