This is fabulous. Truly helps you sleep/relax. Scent is just right. Not overpowering. I use it in my office, too.

This pillow spray has a very strong fragrant smell that lingers, so I only spray one or two sprays over my pillows. Not directly The first night I kinda got a little too excited and sprayed too much, I had a terrible headache the entire night and I’m not normally sensitive to smells. However, the second night I sprayed one or two sprays over my pillows and I had the most beautiful sleep. I woke refreshed and energized. I’ve been using this spray for a week and I’ve been sleeping peacefully throughout the night P.S- I’m not on any medications, I don’t take any sleep supplements. I’ve tried and nothing works without making me groggy the next day. This pillow spray with a good sleeping mask has been my charm and I’ve been getting quality rest in REM and DEEP which I’ve been struggling to do the past year.

Smell is great but didn’t put me to sleep lik I had hope. Still a nice refreshing spray blend.

Update: it’s been a couple months now and this stuff has truly been a game changer. My husband uses it on his pillow now too. I’ve also started using the Dr. teal’s sleep lotion also, since I always use lotion on my hands at night anyway. I sleep soundly almost every night. I even wake up before my alarm sometimes, feeling fully rested. It’s wonderful! Ok, I was totally skeptical when I bought this. I have a hard time getting to sleep. My mind just won’t stop. I have to have everything just right (“princess and the pea”) and my nighttime routine has to go just right. Otherwise I just can’t get to sleep. I’ve tried the rain sounds, Advil Pm, all that. Sometimes it works, sometime not. Sometimes I toss and turn every half hour and I’m just miserable. So I’ve been using this spray on my pillow for a week. At first I didn’t care for the smell so much. But I slept soooo soundly. Of course, I thought it was a fluke. So I tried it again. And again, I got really good deep sleep. It’s been a week now and it REALLY seems to work. I get to sleep fast, stay asleep, and have even woke up before my alarm. I wake up feeling well rested for the first time in YEARS. Truly. I’ve gotten used to the smell, and I don’t even need to spray it every night. I can’t recommend it enough. Give it a try!

As a life long insomniac, now 73. I have tried everything. I came across this product and a night does not go by I don't use it. I experimented with a sprayed hand towel on my head board to see if I liked it and if it would help. WOW, asleep in no time. Little by little I have progressed to spraying a few pumps in the air above my sheets and pillows. Note: I have also changed my sheets to 1200 thread count and pillows to alternative down. Not an expensive upgrade. Again WOW, like being swaddled like a baby and a full night sleep without the tossing and turning. Get some, you'll be glad you did.

This sleep spray used to work for me in the past, not any more, don't if the formula was change. Still, the scent is absolutely great, and it's not greasy, so..you can spray on your pillow, body, etc.
