Quiet and discrete
Have you seen the big ugly light vents that the big box store expect you to ugly up your ceiling with? This one is quiet and discrete with an excellent light source. And it matches all of my other square light fixtures. We've been using it for about a month now. Not long enough to know it's long term qualities

A functional light and fan. Nothing special.
Very bright light. The fan isnโt too loud but does move air very well. The exposed trim piece doesnโt fit too snugly into the housing but I like to put a bead of silicon around it anyway so all works well for me. Overall itโs a decent fan but isnโt spectacular, you get what you pay for in a case like this.

Good quality and low price
This is a good and cheap exhaust fan. It just replaced the old exhaust fan in my house. It makes a little noise, which is completely acceptable. The light is bright enough to illuminate my entire bathroom.

Quiet, efficient, but light is a little harsh, and installation can be tricky
Good points: Inexpensive and reasonably quiet and efficient. It is possible to wire the light and the fan to separate switches, if you have (or can install) separately wired circuits in the ceiling. Or you can connect both to a single switch or timer-switch, as I did. (That way, people who want the light don't have to be reminded to use the fan!) Disappointments: The LED light in this fan has a slightly harsh tone. Also, I think it's an integral LED, so there is no bulb to replace for a different tone or if the LED burns out. The housing is rather tall at 6 inches high. This was a lot more than my original fan, and I had to cut a small triangle notch in an interfering rafter, which was not easy. (First I used an electric drill with large bits, and then broke or chiseled out the remaining wood.) The housing is a fairly heavy integral cubical unit with wires coming out of the top or side (if you open up an optional punch-hole) rather than being accessible from underneath, above the grille, like the original fan. If you don't have a little gap in the ceiling cutout, you might need another person to hold the unit while attaching the wire-nuts, or do the wiring as well as securing from the attic. To attach the unit to a joist using the 4 included 1-inch (25-mm) wood screws through the side brackets (without enlarging the ceiling hole and then patching it, or maybe just using the 2 oblong holes on pre-installed screws?), I had to go into the attic. Luckily the opening was tight enough that the unit held in place after positioning it flush from below. From the attic, I marked and drilled 1/8-inch (3-mm)-diameter pilot holes and started to insert the screws. But it was tough going, so I got some soap and switched to shorter 3/4-inch (18-mm) screws, which hold plenty firm, to reduce time and effort. But learn from my mistake by using slightly larger bits for the pilot holes. Another difficulty I had due to the location of the fan near the roof edge: I had to lay on my stomach across ceiling joists while working with my arms extended, and even screw the far-side pair "blind" by reaching around the side, an extremely difficult feat. Connecting the duct is the last step in the attic. The final step was to attach the light-grille from below by squeezing together two spring-loaded wires on either side and inserting them up into slot at the bottom of the housing. This is also surprisingly difficult since the wires "grab" only after almost fully inserted but one must continue squeeze them together in while pushing up. You can try doing one side first but it's tricky. Bottom line: If you don't mind the slightly harshness of the LED and can manage the installation more easily than I did (or hire a pro), you should be pleased with the quietness and efficiency of this fan.

Great exhaust fan and light combo and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Replaced builders original cheap fan with this fan/light combo. Exhaust is much better and the light does light up the whole bathroom way more evenly than the light bar over the sink. As it was a kind of a nightmare remodel I ended up bending the wire springs that hold it to the ceiling. Contacted the company and they replaced them ASAP. Great customer service!
