I've been taking it for a few days so far, and I think it's helping me out. I take synthroid and usually I feel run down by taking that alone. This seems to be a huge boost for me and I don't feel so drowsy.

No change in symptoms after a month. Also take this on a full stomach otherwise the belching that happens burns.

It's good. Great ingredients. Im very into making sure ingredients are good and pure. These are pretty good.Only thing that kind of stinks is that it has obviously been sitting on the shelf for a while. It's expiration date is 1/2016 and was made in 1/2014. Just received. So far I am happy that I found a thyroid supplement that has Ashwagandha Root, Vitamin B12, Kelp, and Iodine in it. Also the 60 day supply is helpful, because it sometimes takes a few weeks to feel a marked difference in your condition. A 30 day supply isn't necessarily going to tell you if you want to invest again. I have been reversing my hyperthyroidism condition (my doctors are shocked), and I hope that this supplement will further me along in my journey. If this helps, I will continue to be a customer. I was able to purchase this at a discount, but if it's worth it I will keep buying at the full price.
