Pack-it 8" Personal Cooler Freezable Lunch Bag with Adjustable Strap Cold Food

I ordered this item may 7... I used it probably every other day, and today on June 30 the Velcro tab stitches have come loose! The other stitches are loose as well. I noticed in early June it was not stay cold all day as advertised. It's cool but doesn't work the way described. I tried to return it prior to leaving my review because I like to work things out before reviewing things if there is a problem, but my return window is closed as if June 6. I think with the little and gentle use of this product it is disappointing that the stitching has already come loose. I like the idea of this but hesitate to purchase a replacement if this will happen again.

We love it! It works - stays cold/cool without additional icepacks. My daughter's lunch is packed at 7:30 AM and she eats around noon. Even when she gets home, it's still cool (not enough to keep the food cold)! Easy to clean up the inside and has held up so far.
