Great if you hate mornings.
I'm a senior with ADHD. This is my Adderal which I don't want to take. My Dr. approves. I've taken it since the 70s. Once in the morning. I love it. No shakes. No problems. It's great if you're not a coffee lover, but I can have both and it's fine.

This worked great for me... I even skipped my morning coffee (entire pot usually) but I had energy to clean. It made me feel like my eyes were glued open at first! Vivarin can be better than a cup of coffee
I love my coffee. But sometimes it just isn't as effective as I would like. Or it gives me the jitters or I have to pee too much. This is when I like to use vivarin.
