great
very cool pillow to solve the problem of reflux on babies. it keeps them up at the right angle preventing the chocking when the acid comes up. velcro is strong but a little loud which can scare the baby. it holds well and I would recommend to any parent going through the same problem with their baby. it gives you a peace of mind!!!

not comfortable at all
Our daughter was not comfortable at all with this. The nap nanny worked much better (until she was old enough to try and get out). For infants (with breathing issues that require a thirty degree angle or for reflux- our daughter had both) go with the nap nanny instead. This was a waste of money.

Very useful in a narrow context
This product came in handy for us over a 2-3 week period. The angle is steep. It is not designed for sleep where a baby is swaddled and should really only be used for its narrow intent.
