Everything fits and works
There are several reviews that say the holes don't lineup, they lined up perfectly for me. This only comes with velcro I went to Home Depot and bought #10 x 1/2in screws which worked great. No screw holes in the middle just the four corners so I put the bottom two screws in and then the velcro in the middle then attached the top two screws. Everything works perfectly, we will see how it holds up over time.

Organizational must have
As a homebirth midwife I've been organizing and reorganizing my things for over a year trying to get it right. I finally got the Apache case at harbor freight when my partner found these inserts and boom! I finally got everything organized the way I like it. It's perfect to keep all my supplies in eye sight and ease to grab. It screws into the Apache case easily and seems to be made well.

Fits my Apache case and is a nice organizer.
Nice organizer, although as others have mentioned, it's a big pricey for how light weight if feels. Hopefully it holds up for a while. It's slightly tricky getting the screws in because you have to stretch the pocket out with it open to get it in in and lined up with the screw lugs that are molded to the lid. They did all align well. I've only taken it on one trip so far and it survived the checked baggage at United. If you are interested it the foam I used, search here on Amazon for: 4 Pcs Cuttable Polyurethane Foam Pads Foam Sheets Craft Foam Black Tool Box Foam Insert for Cases Packing Padding Camera Toolbox Storage (Red, Black, 16 x 12 x 1.5 Inch) I decided not to look for longer sheets that would fill the whole cavity so I have some 'flex' space to put random items in and have some flexibility on my loadout. I got some zipper bags as well to hold fasteners and a bunch of bits. The bits take up way less space than if they were in the Milwaukee or DeWalt boxes they came in. They are pretty sturdy and nice. You can find those if you search for: ToughBuilt - 3 Pack Fastener Bags 3 Sizes, Heavy-Duty Bags w/mesh Windows, Top Mounted Zippers - (TB-193E)

Very affordable- works great
I bought this for a Pelican Hard Case. The ones from Pelican or other companies was 5x as much. This one works fantastic. I am able to keep small items in the lid and easy to find. Definately will buy another one if needed

Nice Lid Organizer for Apache 5800
PROS • Fits the Apache 5800 perfectly • The pockets offer a nice variety of storage options • Comes with screws and Velcro tape (I mounted mine with the 6 divided screws) CONS • Price. For the quality it seems like it should be $19, not $45 • Overall quality is okay. Probably can’t hold up to hard, everyday use. But simple storage is great • Zippers feel pretty cheap like they’ll come apart with any sort of force or if the pockets are too full and you try to zip it shut OVERALL It fits great and holds a decent amount of stuff. I’d recommend it for easy/simple storage. But if you need something that could take a beating on set or need it to stand the test of time, invest in something of better quality.

Good materials and good fit.
Perfect fit. The zippers are right to left and the tabs can get stuck in the lid closure on the left side when secured. The material is very strong amd I have two pad locks in one pouch and they are holding well.
