Product: Working fine.Customer handling: Customer handling is good. The machine i ordered was defective. Once we realised that the machine is defective, the return window of amazon was closed. However when we called the seller they asked us to send back the product via courier. They replaced the machine & maintained good customer handling. We received new replaced machine in well working condition in few days.If they keep the good customer handling like they kept this time, we will purchase products from physiotrex in future too.Feedback for seller: Thank you for replacing the machine.
