Consumption is 5-6 watts according to the spec sheet it comes with. 12v 1 Amp power supplies provide at most 12 watts if looking at Ohm's Law.

Will the power supply power both lamps with a splitter?

We have a light installed in our front yard, its orevents the infered on our cameras from coming on. How do i make surw this wont happen with this?

this would do the same, the best course is to log into the camera, and adjust the IR thresholds so they turn on with the light on at night. If the camera is basically in day mode then adding this won't do any good
