Is getting a REFUND an option???
I'm not going to say that I hate it, because I think that the concept, weight, and portability goals were met. However, the short/long term quality of these aren't there. I would have returned this product if it was possible. The pans stick. I use a non stick spray and food still sticks. If this product is still within my warranty, I would not hesitate to have my money refunded. As of now, they seem OK for boiling water.....maybe or maybe not, because I had a concern that perhaps some of the pot's material was cracking and getting into the water that I sometimes boil. I'm searching for a new set. I had wanted to contact customer service before writing my review so that I could state my issue and give my customer service experieince also. Sometimes, I will take a chance on a company that offers attentive customer service. However, I wasn't successful in doing so. If anyone has a company that they can recommend, that would be helpful. Thanks.
