Still bright but really cut the glare, turned the harsh blue into subtle warm. So surprised! Had puck lights installed in upper cabinets but they weren't dimmable and were blinding. In this picm the top are done with the black film but haven't done the ones in the cabinet yet. Not sure the pix are obvious but in real life they really make a difference. Really pleased!

The peel off film is easy to install, is a medium thickness, and still well to the surface. One layer diffused the light from my outdoor wall sconce light around 40%, which was perfect for our needs.

We had a light put in over the sink, and it was horrifyingly bright - the sink always looked filthy even when it was clean, and the light was blinding. We used this product and suddenly the light was perfect: subtle, but light enough to do the dishes. I've also ordered these in the small dots version, to put over those annoying LED lights on electronics. They work great, I don't even notice all those ugly red and blue lights anymore. If one sticker isn't enough (for some reason the people who design router/modems aren't happy unless the lights on the thing are bright enough to guide a plane down a runway), you can double them up and that does the trick. I absolutely love this product!

I find these to reduce harshness without calling attention to themselves. Don’t expect much reduction in light output, if you only add one layer. That’s a feature, not a bug, by the way. Can you tell which one of the lights in the photo has the plastic on it?* I found them just slightly difficult to make fit perfectly, but that’s the price of having the flexibility of sheets that you can cut. It didn’t subtle warm the light. It dimmed it slightly. It was still white & harsh.

Very poor result when using product

I recently ordered an adjustable beam LED bulb to highlight a piece of artwork on a wall. These types of bulbs are not available in a large selection of wattages. While the bulb I ordered was too bright, the next step down was not bright enough. The LightDims dimming sheets were just what I needed, and solved my problem at little cost by applying the dimming film to the bulb that is no longer too bright. Also, I was impressed with the packaging which offered help in using the product, a QR code to watch a helpful video in preparing the product, and the customer service contact information in case one needed more help. I really felt like this company wanted me to succeed with their product. As it turned out, option #3 in the video was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Het licht van onze wasemkap was te fel en te wit. Door deze handige plakkers is het precies goed. Op de foto rechts met lightdims en links zonder. In het echt is het nog beter te zien.

Simple to apply and it is effective.

My son got the ikea cloud light for his room and wanted to use it as a night light. It was a little too bright so I purchased these to dim it down. Worked perfectly!!! Even got a second one in package for free as a thank you and a very sweet note thanking me for supporting their family business. So happy with this product! So easy to use.

Brilliant idea if you have bright, recessed lighting, but no option for a dimmer switch. Easy to use, affordable and make a big difference.

Een geweldige uitvinding. Onze buitenlampen aan het huis waren erg fel. Het huis was zodoende zo fel verlicht dat dit niet meer charmant was. De stickers op de led lampen geven nu een heel sfeervol licht zonder dat we de dure buitenlampen hoefden te verwijderen.
