So glad I found this Iron it has helped me with my allergies. I know that sounds strange but it is important to have iron in my body so nickel isn't absorbed to replace it and I am allergic to nickel. Taste is okay as I add it to applesauce or apple juice.

It works well for bringing up my wife's iron levels that are very low. No side effects or messing your system up with this liquid iron. Will continue to buy. It looks like the company changed the packaging or they sold, the last order the bottle was different.

I battle chronic anemia and have had to undergo emergency blood transfusion. Due to COVID-19 I lost my health insurance and haven't been able to have the transfusion so I am hopeful that this product will make a difference. My stomach can't tolerate a high amount of iron pills due to digestion problems so I'm trying the liquid iron. Since taking it daily, I have began to notice a difference in my energy level and less fatigue. I am excited to report this new to my doctor and will have my iron levels checked at the end of the month. I'll report any changes.

Because its iron we all know the taste is horrendous but since I'm anemic I have to take it. I chose liquid since it absorbs easier then pills. I put it in my smoothies every morning and cant taste it which is a plus

I bought this for my someone else. Before I tried to have them take it, I tried a half a spoon. This is one of the most disgusting things I've ever tested. The taste lingered even after I drank soda. I'm sorry, I'm just being honest. I know that people's pallettes acclimate themselves to negative tastes, and I'm sure it would be OK after a few times. I do want to try it again, and see if it's actually effective. (does anyone have any suggestions to hide the flavor? Maybe cinnamon?)

The taste IS gnarly as most iron supplements BUT nothing a little juice can't mask for quick swallowing. And I kid you not, it's effectiveness is noticeable right away! No constipation, no upset stomach. Try it!

I'm not sure how well this product is working yet, it but I know I haven't had any side effects. It's only been a week that I've been using it and things take time. I have nothing negative to say, except maybe the taste. I mix it with flavored coconut water and that seems to help. Also, don't let it touch your teeth or it will turn them gray. So far so good though!
