Use them every week. I make my home cheese with probiotic strains and get good results. I do not press pretty hard with no more than 10 lbs. So sturdiness is enough to undergo

It served it's function, I was able to form my cheese. I think a set of instructions on how to use each piece would improve the quality.

Is it missing pieces?
Maybe I don't understand something but there is only 1 follower for 4 molds and it only fits in 2 of the molds? Why? What's the purpose of selling it together if it doesn't fit? Not very happy wish I had returned it but I wanted to try them out
