As a person with multiple, obvious scars (surgeries, dog bite, hit by a car as a kid, etc) and a tendency to bruise easily, I love Dermablend because when I want to really dress up part of that process is camoflauging my scars as much as possible. I was excited to receive this concealer because it has a large applicator to allow for targeted application to larger areas. The applicator is great... it's the perfect size for covering long, jagged scars. I tried it under my eyes and it's a bit big for that area but it's awesome for the body. I even used some to cover some spider veins (yuck), and it was perfect. It is workable but once it dries it stays put (unlike bronzers or body makeups I've tried that leave stains on my clothes). It's really the next best thing to a fake tan, except you can blend it to your skin tone. However, the color I ordered is way too dark for me. It said medium with cool undertones, and it looked OK in the pic, so I figured it would be good for when my normally very fair skin gets a bit of color in the summer. There's no way my skin will ever get dark enough to blend with this color, though, and it looks very orange on me. In the first pic, I used it to cover a fading bruise, and even after blending it out it looks too dark and too orange (especially since it says it's for cool undertones). In the second pic, I attempted to cover a long, jagged white scar from knee surgery--that is better, but still has a very orange cast. My skin is pretty tan in the pic (for me) because we just spent 15 days in Arizona, much of it outside in the yard. I would definitely recommend this for coverage and staying power, but the colors are a bit odd. I would like to order the same formula in another shade... I've used their foundation makeup to cover my leg scars for years...but I will have to go to a store and check out the colors in person because I don't think the descriptions are accurate. Once I sort out the appropriate shade, I think I'll be very happy with this product that dries matte and stays put through rubbing, sweat, and even a shower (until you use a cleanser on it).

I usually buy the Dermablend sticks, which I love. They were out of that item so I bought this item. It’s thick! If you love to have orange -colored skin, this product is for you. Horrible on your skin!!!

Best makeup ever last all day I walked around universal and islands of adventure got my face wet and it still stayed on in the middle of June hands down best makeup around.

You dont need very much of this as a little goes a long way. Finally a product that really does cover my melasma without looking thick, dry or cakey. It says 24 hours wear and non transferable but I've only just put it on so we'll see. No need for foundation, just a few touches of this concealer and you're good to go! Highly recommended!

Dermablend’s shade finder helped me finally find the perfect concealer shade for me! Couldn’t believe how much of a match it was. Have been loving this concealer so far—when used with a setting powder (I use an ultra fine one by Maybelline) and a few light spritzes of a setting spray (I use e.l.f.), my under eyes look so smooth and last throughout a busy work day in the hospital. The concealer has also been great for covering up small blemishes and brightening any discolouration. I also use the Dermablend foundation and finally feel like I have my everyday makeup routine down.

I have adult acne/exzema on my face and sometimes I get flare ups - this covers it well. I'm half First Nation so this color matches my sceen and I look better on Teams meetings now
