THE BEST YOU CAN GET. BUY ANYTHING ELSE AND CALL YOURSELF A FOOL.
This is the best sight I've ever used. Before this I had tried my friends iq 7 pin and it was pretty amazing. This blew the doors off of it.If old iq sights gave you security with distance- this makes your bow have some "reach out and tough me" status...It has a full 3 inches extension BEYOND what the other iq sights offer. This is pretty big deal the further the sight is away from the body of the bow means better accuracy. The retina lock is significantly smaller. Which is good and bad at the same time. If you're good at keeping the same draw once you feel it the first time and then are able to repete this by feeling then the smaller retina lock is awesome for being able to see small imperfections in your stance and anchor point. HOWEVER-- if you draw back and can't find a decent anchor point or stance, then you will be taking way too long trying to fix your anchor or stance for the retina lock is HYPER sensitive.I LOVE how the sight has micro adjustments with individual clicks. Each click moves the windage or elevation .015 mil from what the box says. Either way it's awesome for you can finally feel the adjustment not just watch for the edge of the sight to barely move up or down.+++ for shooter with bows that are in the blistering 330+ range this sight is really for you. Out if the box the spacing for the pins in nearly perfect till 60 yards. Then the distance and math starts to play in with the arrow type you have and such. This means that you don't really need to do much to the fine tuning of the first 5 pins. The last 3 you adjust down just a little for each if any at all dependin on which end of the 300+ fps your shooting with your bow. Example being I shoot a 2013 hoyt spyder turbo with 400 grain easton arrows at 340+ fps at 70lbs. I only had to move the 60, 70 and 80 yard pin a tiny tiny bit down for the distance drop. Freaking awesome for it makes set up and sight in super simple and makes it easier to focus on just form and release and not pin fine tuning.+++If you don't get the bottom line at this point, I feel you should have already ordered this sight by this point in the review. Groups where out of the box better then I've ever placed. I now don't have to worry bout if the shots going to be on, I now worry how much it's going to be off from my mark by. You'll be placing bottle caps for targets at 50 yards. That's how accurate you'll be getting. No more "6" kill zone" bull... you now get to be a woods surgeon with a arrow as a scalpel picking at which side of the ventriculars you'll be severing.A+ product.

Also I don't have those wild flyers like I used to
This Retina Lock Technology really works. I was torqing the grip and didn't even know it until I got the IQ PRO. The Retina Lock tells you immediately when you are toqing or your anchor point has changed. Went from 6 inch groups to 2 inch groups at 20 yards. Also I don't have those wild flyers like I used to.I like the XT model "extended length" feature especially since my up close eye sight is not as good as it used to be. Moving the sight out improves your accuracy and also brings the sight pins in focus.I'm really impressed with this sight.

Not good for low light conditions
The fiber optics aren't great. Pins don't light up as much as other much lower cost sights. I had to buy a sight light to add extra brightness. With the sight light, I am very pleased with the product.

Highly Recommended
IQ bowsights are a great way to fix shooting torque. My accuracy improved immediately and my groups are much tighter. Before you order, consider whether a 7 pin, 5 pin, or floating 3 pin are best for you. My opinion: 7 pin for Western hunting at ranges out to 80 yards, 5 pin for tree stand and other shorter range hunting, and a floating pin for target shooting where it's okay to take the extra time to dial in your shot.

so far it seems like it works well and the concept is a good one. Mine came with a bent vertical adjustment threaded rod, i contacted them and they shipped me the new components i needed to repair it. My last sight appears to have built more sturdy than this one, so we will see...

The reitna lock is awesome but the metal the sight is made of is worthless. I went through two different IQ sights in 3 different shooting sessions. Each time the metal on the lateral adjustment rails broke off and it took 6 moths for the company to get me a new one, which was pointless because that was 4 months after my elk hunt. Ended up going with a different brand.
