WONDERFUL! Metal, WELL MADE ! LOVE IT!

The SR-71 Blackbird is one of my favorite jets, and this one looked really good. I have been wanting an SR-71 for a while, and have looked at many of them. This one is very sturdy, and I would consider it one of the best models out there. It was a little hard to get on the stand, but I managed. I love how it doesn't have it's landing gear deployed. Daron Postage stamp airplanes is an awesome company that makes awesome and sturdy airplanes. I would highly recommend them. Very good model aircraft for $20.00.

The plane itself is great. It's heavy as expected and is really cool to look at. The stand though... I broke it day 1. It's cheap plastic and like I said, breaks very easy. Doesn't mean it's not worth the money, just be careful and don't take it on and off like I did.

The V-22 Osprey arrived in great shape. I was impressed with the detail of this collectible. Even though some parts are plastic the packaging protected the collectable during shipping. This was purchased because of memories my family and I have of the time we lived near Amarillo. We occasionally drove by the Bell facility and would see the Ospreys doing take-offs and landings. Neat aircraft to see in action! My family and I lived in the Amarillo area when Bell first began production of the Osprey at that location. We saw some of the very first V-22s as they were being test flown there. Getting this collectable brings back some good memories. I would definitely recommend this collectible to anyone wanting to add this to their miniature aircraft collection!

I buy a lot of tiny models of planes and they all have a big problem across all companies and that's the fact they depict an aircraft meant to fly with fixed landing gear in the most absurd way. but this company is the first diecast model maker for aircraft of any kind I have seen where this is not an issue and they have their aircraft as if they were in there natural habitat of thousands of feet in the sky at faster than sound. I will buy more of there models as soon as I am done writing this. P.s. if the company who made this reed this review I am in debt to you for not making me take an hour to kut the landing gear off of a matchbox plane and will buy all models from you for now... YOUR AWSOME!

These where for our grandson, when he open these presents he was overwhelmed just what he wanted. So realistic.
