I am really pleased with these! I got them for my nails and hair, but have noticed improvement in my knees. I have had zero cartilage in my knees for years, and have noticed an improvement in pain reduction and mobility. I haven't noticed much with my hair yet as I also have thyroid issues. My nails are becoming super strong and complexion looks better. A+++ for these!

I’ve noticed a real difference in my hair and nails since starting this. It’s a little more expensive than the other collagen supplements I was considering, but it came highly recommended from my dietician. The pills are somewhat easy to swallow even though they are large in size. And I have recommended it to friends and family. I have really enjoyed this brand and also ordered their vitamin c, zinc, and iron.

I like that it’s clean (gluten-free, non-GMO) and uses hydrolyzed collagen, which makes me feel better about absorption. It just feels like a more premium, reliable product compared to others I’ve tried. The only downside is the price—it’s definitely on the higher end, which is why I’m giving 4 stars—but for the quality and trust in the brand, I still think it’s worth it.
