Same company as the vitamin C I take due to its absorption technology. Not gonna lie, the taste is not pleasant but I just open squirt into mouth and have a chaser drink. Easy and quick that way and the taste is only for a few seconds. It has your B vitamins essential to good health and added minerals. Very important to get all B vitamins. The ER doctor I work for highly approved. I do have more energy since taking, you will see a difference! Just an overall great brand

Bad taste, great product
The taste is absolutely terrible. I have to hold my nose when I take it. It also caused my tummy to be upset the first few times I used it but seems to be getting better. I'd still recommend the product, just based on the fact that the absorbancy is high and I do feel like I have a lot more energy than usual.
