Chatak Pepper Sauce

To mild, my family is originally from Trinidad and my mother makes homemade hot sauce that has flavor and hots. This product is water down and to mild for my taste.

This peppersauce is close to the flavor you get with homemade, much more so than the matouks brand or grace where pickled peppers are used vs fresh. Of course it is not the same as homemade, it does contain preservatives but since I can't buy fresh peppers where I live in the US, this is the next best thing. If anyone else has suggestions for a good Trini peppersauce I can buy on amazon please point me to it... I can't wait till I go back home a whole year from now to get my supplies!!! You know we Trinis can't eat food if it don't have peppersauce!!
