Primer is full coverage and easy to work with. The product definitely gives a matte finish, the color match is immaculate, no high odor but work in small sections as this product does dry very quickly

As a black woman, I like keeping my makeup closest to my skin tone. I don't bake or add much color to my face. This concealer gets the job done, beautifully. I apply a small amount below my eyes and some times on the bridge of my nose. It blends perfectly. It's effective to concealer blemishes and scars as well. A little goes a long way. One lasts me over a year. It smells great and it works. I highly recommend it for the melanin beauties who love keeping their makeup cute ans demure.

I love the e.l.f. concealer and have been using the shade Deep Olive for a while with no issues. However, I recently ordered it from Amazon (it was even on my birthday wishlist), and something was off. Although the product I received was labeled Deep Olive on the bottom, the actual color was noticeably lighter than what I’m used to. To double-check, I went to Target and purchased the same shade in-store—and that one was the correct color. When I compared the two, there was a clear difference. The Amazon version was much lighter. I also noticed the label stickers were different: • The ones from Amazon had a black sticker on the bottom • The ones from retail stores had a clear sticker This makes me question if there’s a labeling issue or something off with the inventory being sold through Amazon. I ended up having to return the Amazon product and repurchase it in-store, which was inconvenient and a waste of time. I still love the e.l.f. concealer itself, but I’d be cautious about ordering this shade from Amazon until this issue is resolved.

elf's Camo Concealer works great underneath my eyes. The skin tone is perfect, and the value it good too. It has a natural look ease to apply to skin. I do not have to use much of it. The application tube is a plus with this one.

I had my doubts about making this purchase because I don’t buy e.l.f. makeup, but I’m glad I tried it! Upon application, I noticed that it had a rich and creamy/smooth texture and that a little goes a long way. I also noticed that wherever I dabbed the concealer made by face brighter(I chose a lighter shade than my own skin tone to achieve this). I looked more awake and more vibrant which is what I was looking for. I feel It’s important to know what you are looking for in a concealer. Is it just for coverage to have an even skin tone? Or maybe you want to brighten your skin around the eyes,etc.? I know some use a highlighter product, but I use a lighter concealer for my choice. I usually pick a concealer closest to my skin tone for spot on or overall coverage, then I pick a lighter tone to brighten the skin around my eyes, nose, etc. occasionally I have been known to use concealers for a full face coverage(matte look) with a powder finish. It did last all day! I was comfortable paying around $6(not too much of a loss if I didn’t like it) for concealer instead paying of $15, $20 or even $30. Will add this product to my makeup collection!

The shade is not like accurate it definitely looks lighter in person. It’s probably more for like lighter tones than like brown skin.
