Although it's been taken out of stores we sure are thankful for finding Dirty Jobs laundry powder here on Amazon, it's the only thing that works for us here on the homestead. Example: hubby spent three days butchering deer during hunting season in the same set of disgusting trousers, blood and guts ground in with dirt and mud after the first day, I threatened to divorce him if he wanted clean pants to repeat the same dirty job the next day, and then by the fourth day all other parties involved just threw their clothes away... although that's when I broke out the Dirty Jobs magic powder for my husband's "destroyed" trousers. They were stiff as a board by that time, truly gross and permanently stained beyond any other cleaning method I'd ever heard of before. But, one scoop in a five gallon bucket of near-boiling water as pre-wash overnight, then rinse followed by the same treatment the next morning for another 12 hour soak, and his trousers literally turned out as good as new. Since this product has been discontinued we bit the bullet and ordered 16 more giant tubs of it to get us through the next five years of homesteading tasks; it was an investment, but far cheaper than resorting to throwing our clothes away prematurely after doing truly dirty jobs.

I love the powder, I had hoarded a spray labeled Dirty Jobs and was running out of it when I came across the availability of this product on Amazon. Beyond thrilled with the product. I have used it to get stains out of baby clothes and greasy work clothes and works like magic, even takes out old, set in stains. I always put the garments in hot water with the Dirty Jobs powder to soak, usually overnight and stains are gone. You won't be disappointed with this product. I was, however, disappointed with the condition of the containers when they arrived. The containers are plastic and 3 out of the 8 containers had substantial cracks in the bottom and the powder was running out into the box. When I picked up the containers to remove from the box, powder came pouring out the cracks and the bottom of the box was covered with powder.

This stuff is the greatest. We use it on all our shower bases and tile floors. I don't know why Lowe's no longer carries it but I was glad I could buy it on line.

This stuff is awesome! I use it on laundry, the floor of the shower and tub, just about anywhere you can use a cleaner like this. It's the best kind, far better than Oxy-Clean! I can't seem to find it anywhere but here anymore, I can't find it at Menards anymore. I'm glad shipping is fast, I hate being without my Dirty Jobs!!Too bad it doesn't include Mike Rowe to clean for me! ;-)
