Fun for younger or casual player!!
I am a casual player that likes to play for and hour or so at night for relaxation not frustration. This game I thought was cute, colorful and fun for short periods of playing. You have your choice between the lion, hippo, zebra or the giraffe. Each one has different abilities which you will figure out in the game in a hurry. You can go to different areas by selecting different quest to do from a board or you can go into the big tent for trying out your circus acts. I liked the game because it was easy to do but still entertaining because of the variety of thing you can do from collecting items or making it through your circus act. If you like hitting things and collecting, diving in water and searching for items or jumping, bobbing like and easy mario type game then you will like it. Mario this game is not, but for the younger person or casual gamer it is fun, colorful and entertaining for short periods..For under twenty dollars I am very happy, to pay more would be questionable!!!

Boring!
I am a 46 year old who loves playing 3DS games. I bought this because I love the more simple, fun games. The problem is first of all, the game is glitchy. The animals get stuck and it is tricky to get them unstuck. The main reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is so repetitive. Basically, there are 3 countries. Each country has cities that you go to on missions. The problem is that that you repeat the same missions over and over again. Sure, there are slight differences in the buildings in each city, but throughout the whole game it has the exact same things to accomplish, the exact same "Bad guys." I literally wanted to quit after about 2 days. I wouldn't buy this for more than about 2.00 if you really want to try it. I have enjoyed many games over the years, but this is not one of them. I only finished it because I hate leaving things unfinished. It might be good for an 8 year old who needs something to do on a short trip. But, after that, they will tire of the repeated scenes and repeated missions.

Awesome!
My son loves this game. It's fun for him, but he also doesn't realize that it's helping him with his fine motor skills & he needs that, as well as the abstract verbal reasoning of figuring out how to advance in the game. He has fun & benefits from it too. It's a win/win for any kid, but I'd say better for the kids that have issues that will have fun with it. I love that he can build these skills without violence in a game!

Good Service, but My Kids Don't Like the Game!
The service and shipping was good, but my kids are totally not interested in the game itself. They LOVE Madagascar 3 too, but the game just doesn't compare to Mario or Zelda for my 3 to 7 year olds! I was surprised for sure!

kind of lame
My kids loved the movie and I thought they'd really like this game... they are 4 and 5. THey each played it a couple of times and it was very boring to them. I do not recommend.

Great game for the kids
My kids love the game, it's not the most technically advanced or anything but they love to play the game and they love the movies. Good 3DS buy

9 year old sone loves it
I can't say much about the game, other than my 9 year old son got it for Christmas for his new 3DSXL and says he loves the game. He had played the Wii version once with much excitement, hence this purchase. I am not sure the two are similar, but son likes it.

good
Great age appropriate, non violent game for kids, and fun for young children. Wish more games were rated age appropriate for YOUNG kids and not simply E
