USB-c cable is to short to use with most laptops as intended.
The is a nice heavy duty port replicator. Does pass 4K through the USB-c. My only complaint is the cable is to short to plug into laptop with it setting on top of it as intended.

Worked out of the BOX
I have a 15" Mac Powerbook with a 4K external monitor. Ethernet, Scanner, two external hard drives so far and all work seamless. The only thing that didn't as it needs power directly from my laptop is the Super Drive.This was packaged beautifully and is slim and not bulky. That was one of the reason's I chose it over many that had much higher users and reviews that were better. I was not sure my 4K monitor would really work and I could clean up some of the cables but I was able to due so.

Nice form factor, but HDMI and ethernet don't work.
First, my system information: 2017 PixelBook with an AGON curved monitor. My previous hub is a generic USB-C hub with HDMI, some USB3 ports, ethernet and USB-C power input, and it worked great. I wanted this new hub for two reasons: its form factor and its 3.5mm jack.Unfortunately, it seemed that the USB ports were the only thing that worked on this new BQYPOWER hub. While the HDMI allowed my PixelBook to recognize the monitor, it did not show a picture. Additionally, the ethernet was not recognized. I went through the standard troubleshooting steps of unplugging and replugging various things, powering things off and back on again, etc. to no avail. When I switched back to my old, heavily-used generic hub, everything worked perfectly.I reserve one-star reviews for the very worst products, and I think this product does get credit for its layout and form factor. It makes a nice riser and puts the plugs in convenient spots. Unfortunately, however, I cannot recommend it. At least for PixelBook users.

Very sturdy and built well. But very awkward when hooked up

My doesn’t work!
Doesn’t fully works , I was trying to charge my MacBook and import some photos from a flash card, card works but charger don’t, after that a couple minute even the charger doesn’t work without this hub , kind disappointed because I was waiting more from it !!

Not really worth it
Works sometimes. Would be nice if it has some troubleshooting or instructions. the USB-C won't charge my phone.

Looks good, well designed, didn't work....
I was super excited to use this, but disappointed when I found out it didn't work correctly.I have a Acer Predator Triton laptop with TB3. I plug in 1 monitor (HDMI), 1 external drive, 1 SD card, keyboard, mouse, and webcam.The hub can't seem to handle all of it, which is what's so frustrating. Sometimes, the video works, but the sound doesn't. I unplug it all and then plug it back in, and now the HDMI works perfectly but the external drive isn't registering.I have a 90 W USB-C PD power source as well to ensure the hub is getting power.I love the design and how organized it made my desk, but it was way to unreliable to use. I've switched back to my old USB-C hub, which is working fine.

Buyer beware
Did not work when received. They shipped me a new one and that does not work either. Complete waste of money. I returned both and they still charged my account. I am out the money and the product
