First time taking this. So far I like it no complaints :)

My blood type of course is type A.. I have been using many products from D’Adamo for years now. This is my first time purchasing a multivitamin from them and i can truly feel a difference especially in my energy level throughout the day.

There is so much confusion about which vitamin, mineral, or supplement you should take. This vitamin takes out the guess work while providing a custom blend of nutrients needed.After taking these for three months, I no longer catch every cold I come in contact with. This used to be a big problem for me. In addition, my hair and nails are better

Seems like a good product, but has a smell.I have another high quality multi-type with almost the same ingredients that doesn't have the smell.Can't say I'd buy it again when I can get the other one local and I like it better.Since the dosage on each is 2, I take one of each.

good vitamins. i get a cheaper one though that is just as good and organic

I have been using the blood type supplements for several years and have tried other supplements in between usage.I always feel best when I stick to the blood type supplements.

I am not on any medication. I took with food which consisted of beans and rice !I took one dose of This product and within two five minutes., head and digestive pain !!! I did not see the warning label at time of online purchase which is only shied on top of bottle lid; not shown online at time of purchase ! Also other ingredient listed that is not mentioned on his website for rA+ blood type diet. If your are going to list other ingredients it need to be listed in the blood type diet as well to see if consumers can actually take it before selling the vitamins - added stuff that may not agree with our system!!!
