A Great Concept, but ...
I bought a standard size and a large size direct from the factory as Amazon listed the large as "Unavailable."Pros: All pieces fit, directions are easy to understand and follow, final production looks cool.Cons: Pricing follows the 1960's outdated model (retail price = or > production cost X 4): HSPC included no extra screws and no spare washers (so be fastidious): pilot holes in the six upright posts need to be slightly dilated to accept the threaded steel connector rods and brace screws (not mentioned by HSPC): end product is more fragile than it looks. If you are careful, you can increase the sturdiness by adding a dab of glue to the ends of the spacer posts as you are tightening them. But there should be a more elegant solution than that. The price would be justified if it were factory assembled, but it is pretty steep for a DIY kit. If you are a dyed in the wool geek, and have the folding green, then buy these test platforms made in America by HighSpeedPC.

Not worth the money. Make one yourself for much less.
When I first opened it up and saw how much that I DIDN'T get, I was disappointed. I spent a lot of money for something I really could have thrown together in a matter of minutes.

Keeps on giving
I've owned the Top Deck Tech Station since the Core 2 Duo days and use it as my main, every-day case. I changed parts out so frequently I wanted something easier to access. Being open-air you don't have to worry about air-flow management and by default, you should be getting cooler temps than a normal case. Easy to clean with compressed air. The angled side fan will cover your HDD/SSD and your north-bridge/mosfet heatsinks (bonus if they are connected by a heat-pipe). It sits on my desk as a "show" piece if you're into displaying your hobbies. For those saying you could build one of these, sure you can do that but I highly doubt it will be as polished as this one and the time/opportunity-cost may not be worth it. For me, this was a case to end all cases. Super long GPU? No problem. Huge tower heatsink? No problem and no perpendicular stress on the motherboard. Two or three optical drives? No problem. More than 2 HDDs? You may need to stack them (buy the cheap rubber sleeves). Water-cooling? Slight problem but see my pictures. This thing is easy to modify. You can attach more fans by purchasing more of the small L brackets found at most hardware stores. It goes without saying that a modular power supply is very complementary to this case. Before this case I was going through enclosed cases every 2 years. I'm currently on my fifth set of hardware with this one case, upgrading every 1.5-2 years.

Difficult to assemble. No real way to secure HDD or DVD drives. MicroATX board would not secure well. All around not impressed with this case. Bought an Aircool instead and very happy

Nonsense
$95.99 + $9.32 shipping for something you can make from garbage in a matter of minutes. Who will buy this is a mystery to me.
