ZFAME Mini hydraulic stepper with adjustable adjustable resistance smashing machine - for beginners and adults

About a week ago, my item came with two documents - a gurarantee card (I think) and operation instructions - but entirely written in Chinese. But I was setting off on holiday at that stage.I also have a practical and immediate issue, that neither can I see how one can release the pedals to even start it's operation - plus I understood it have a twist and step function included, that is, when I finally do get it up and running.I think this is most inconsiderate of the seller and upon receipt aftera long wait (two months), has turned my mood from hopeful anticipation into anger.They are making these items for export and receiving this in the UK, they should have at least ensured easy step usage in English language. Second time in my recent experience, that a Chinese seller included no English on the documentation - at least this one did have images for sign language purposes and luckily it was a less sophisticated mechanical device, to put together.I also note that since I purchased the item has subsequently been showing as more than £25 cheaper than the price I paid. This seems to be a typical Amazon site characteristic, whereby prices for the same product alternate (upwards or downwards) - like the stock market from day to day or week to week. Is there not UK Trading Standards legislation that retailers have to adhere to about pricing changes within a time frame?That aside, the seller should make contact with me asap, to address my concerns, as I am quite dissatisfied with their attitude for selling abroad, and hopefully I am not going to find other things wrong with the stepper equipiment here!
