Great product and the customer service from Standing Stone Farms was second to none! I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The mozzarella recipe is easy and delicious.

Still learning but one lesson firmly planted is that I need to kneed the cheese really well. I guess I'm one of those kind that has to learn from her mistakes. :)

I tried to make mozzarella cheese today. It was my first try, and I followed the directions. It just did t turn out for me. The cheese wouldn't stretch. I didn't get the milk too hot. I used whole milk that I thought would be the best choice, but maybe it could have been the milk? I'm not sure - I will try again and see if I can get it to work.
