This balance disc is perfect for use at home, in the office or at school for children. Use it to improve your balance by engaging your core muscles through various uses. Best used while standing on the disc with one foot, alternating after a set period to the other foot, while engaging your core. It can also be used sitting to improve posture by placing the disc either side up based upon personal preference, sitting tall, rolling your shoulders back to a perfect posture pose, and engaging your core. The stability disc can also be used for active exercises, such as kneeling on the cushion or placing one or two hands on the cushion while doing planks, push ups, or other body weight exercises. You can also use the balance disc to improve your workouts by standing on one or two discs while following your routine. INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS Pump included is high quality, and allows for easy inflation and deflation. Insert the needle of the pump into the inflation hole located on the large nub side. Do NOT use excessive force, as the needle can puncture through the other side. Ensure that the needle has been fully inserted into the disc, otherwise it will not inflate properly. Once the needle is fully inserted, begin pumping air into the disc slowly. If the disc does not inflate, place it on its side to give more room for the needle to be pressed in. Once the needle has entered the thin membrane from the manufacturing, it should be easier to inflate for future uses. The discs have been tested to standing of over 250 pounds for period of 20 minutes with minimal deflation. Manufacturer has rated to withstand 600 pounds, but has not been tested by the seller.
